Relationships. Change. Life.
Hello! My name is Sarah and I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC.). I have over 15 years of experience in the mental health field and a background supporting people who have severe and persistent mental health concerns, trauma, and co-occurring diagnoses. I have experience working with diverse populations, including LBGTQIA+, BIPOC, neurodivergence, and disability.
I am a person-centered and relational-focused therapist. I implement a variety of techniques, including holistic approaches and cognitive behavioral therapy techniques. I use creativity and humor as part of the therapeutic process.
I specialize in working with adults who have (or suspect they may have) ADHD and supporting individuals (or couples) who want to have healthier relationships. I also enjoy assisting adults with major life changes, divorce, body and sex positivity, and challenges related to parenting.
I graduated from Saint Mary’s University in Counseling and Psychological Services in 2017. My undergraduate degree is in English (creative writing and literature) with a minor in Women and Gender Studies. I love reading, art, and live music.
