Not Accepting New Clients

Hello and welcome! I'm Kelsey, an avid escape room enthusiast, someone who lives in the hyphen (multi-ethnic people, represent!), and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 10 years of experience providing trauma-informed care for people from all walks of life. My therapeutic goal is to provide you with a safe space to encounter and hold the reality of life- with all its joys and sorrows so that you can thrive where you are.

I believe therapy is an excellent place to quiet the outside noise so that you can be curious and gracious with yourself. When doing the work of leaning into your own mysteries, stories, and beliefs, you’ll get a deeper understanding of yourself, and where you want to go. We will work together to discover new insights of your story, remove obstacles in your path, and take practical steps toward growth and healing.

From my experiences working with various clients I have found that marginalized communities are offered less space in our world at large and this drives me to create a healing environment for POC, LGBTQ+ persons/folx/community, people with disabilities, and those in other marginalized communities. I have extensive experience working with people that have experienced single-event, chronic, complex, and historical trauma. My therapeutic goal is to support you in connecting to your body and voice, exercising your choice, and taking your power back so that you are empowered to be whole and free.

In addition to trauma work, I specialize in working with new parents (pre and postpartum, foster care, adoption, traumatic delivery) individuals with chronic illnesses, and those going through life transitions.
