I have worked in the mental health field for over ten years. Throughout these years, I have been honored to be invited into people’s lives as they endeavor for change. Most people I have met through this work are encountering the toughest times in their lives, and I recognize it takes great strength to reach out for help when life is hard. I believe therapy is a space to explore yourself and become a student of your own life such that you can find clarity in times of stress.​

I received my Masters degree in Social Work from the University of Minnesota Duluth. I have experience treating a variety of issues including anxiety, mood disorders, personality disorders, psychosis, grief, PTSD, relationship issues, codependency, addiction and other life stressors. I work to provide a non judgmental, culturally sensitive, and confidential space that treats you as the expert of your life. I use evidence based practices to address the presenting problem. Together, we will develop a treatment plan and assess this regularly to ensure your needs are met. We will explore your life experiences that have contributed to the presenting problem and life experiences that will help you persevere through the problem. Some of the greatest assets in our lives are our relationships, so I provide couples counseling as well!​

Sessions are offered via HIPAA compliant telehealth. I am available Monday - Friday during normal business hours and offer prompt communication!

When I am not working, I am busy caring for my two young daughters with my husband-- we try to get outside as much as possible!​
